Do you want to understand and explore power for positive change?

ALS is a group coaching methodology centred on peer learning for individual and organisational development. It is used by organisations and groups across the globe from large corporations to SME’s. For organisations small groups meet to tackle real world issues. For individuals, action learnings sets provides a safe place for reflection, investigation and trying new approaches to current challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a group coaching environment with your peers - a safe space of no judgement and total confidentiality, where you can present a challenge you are facing to other business leaders and have their help in resolving it.

It goes much deeper than simply receiving advice. The participants listen actively and ask open questions, and everyone takes a turn at presenting an issue. It's very structured and there are always 'lightbulb' moments because you help and guide each other.

This session will be online so you can log in from anywhere. Is it a special and productive experience and I do urge you to join if you can!
